"Not worth the time or money. Went there for servicing my WagonR and was thoroughly disappointed. The technicians seem more interested in ignoring customers and attending phone calls than actually helping. Their focus is clearly on spotting minor issues just to inflate your bill. The attitude is simple: “You’re here, so be ready to pay whatever we say.” Honestly, the same service can be done in the local market at 1/10th the cost they quote. If you value transparency and genuine customer care, look elsewhere."

"Initial experience very bad, I was 3rd in queue, but even after 42 min since opening time , my car is not picked by advisor, 3-4 cars who came after my car, picked up advisor as they came in through references ……..first time in this service station and not a good start….. "They do service well but they lost my bumper chrome and not provide yet 2 moths already passed, without any reason they remove my roof railing cap and lost it also after making complaint they told me that we have ordered for you these thing but they not provide yet. if you go for service then check your car properly after service. i have called several time but they said we will call you but till now they not call me back. Bad service quality."

"Today it is very painful day for me to write this review against Maruti Suzuki Motorcraft sector 140 Noida workshop. I was a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki since 2017. I went with my swift on 3rd July 2025 for repairing body parts. First of all they have delayed to deliver my car and took 2 weeks. At the time of receiving the car they informed me that my car battery was damaged. Now self start is not working and battery is totally dead. They forced me to understand that the battery health was poor and damaged by me only. I just want to know, if the battery was damaged by me , why they have not informed me earlier when the car was under their custody? Mr. Saurabh Yadav , the body shop manager blame me that it was my fault only and because the battery 4yrs old it can be damaged anytime. Before I went the workshop I never faced such issue with my car battery. And the car condition was absolutely perfect in terms of technicality. I want full compensation for this. I want justification. If any of the senior officials read this massage please call me."
